I’m Tracey, a Sales Associate with Tim Hawes and The Locals.
You could say that Real estate is in my blood! With family across the industry, I grew up around open homes, auctions, cubicles, and sales data. It was only a matter of time before I joined ‘the family business’.
Before this, I spent over 15 years in marketing and communications. That means I know how to talk to people, ask better questions, and actually listen to the answers. Pretty useful skills in real estate.
Day to day, I focus on building and maintaining relationships, drumming up new opportunities, creative marketing, and generally supporting the team. I know how to stay organised where it counts, keep things moving, and make sure no one gets left wondering what’s going on.
I believe real estate doesn’t have to feel…stuffy. Selling and buying a home is a big deal. People deserve honesty, clear communication, and someone who genuinely gives a damn about the outcome, not just the sale.
