Effortlessly cool, Kingsland combines mostly old with a little bit of new in its own quirky way - a mix that never fails to please. Kingsland is one of Auckland’s city fringe suburbs and growing in popularity as a ‘place to be’.
Along with its surrounding suburbs of Western Springs and Eden Terrace, it’s a wonderful place to live - far enough from the busy city centre to be able to come home and relax, yet superbly convenient to the CBD and a whole range of amenities from cafes and bars to shopping and excellent public transport options. But we’re probably biased – we love it here!

A wonderfully convenient place to live, there’s so much to love about this part of Auckland.
